CONDO INSURANCE

Many condo associations only insure the building’s structure and common areas generally leaving the unit owner responsible for finding their own condo insurance.  Personal Condo Insurance covers only the owner’s unit and provides coverage for the interior of the condo, the owner’s personal property, loss of use, liability and medical payments to others.
